A constantly creative menu that presents itself to the Guest as a trace for a journey through Sicily. Dishes that start from Sicilian tradition to express stories and flavors as ancient as they are contemporary.

Dance of the Flavors of Sicily is the name we have given to our tasting dinner idea, a true eno-gastronomic journey, an experience that involves all the senses.

Color and taste, simplicity on the plate, elegance and rationality enhance the Sicilian raw materials. Each dish tells a story and is a signed dish of our chef, Floriana Fontana.
